Processing time & payment:
Pre-made sculptures are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Personalised Mini Guinea Pig Sculptures take around 2 weeks to complete.
For custom made sculptures time varies depending on the size and complexity of the sculpture. Pet sculptures usually take around 4 – 6 weeks.
Approximate processing time will be given during our conversation.
Payment is taken upfront (there is an option to split the payment into two parts – please reach out to me ahead of purchasing if you wish to do so)
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, after that if the customer decides that they no longer want the item, there will only be a partial refund or no refund if the sculpture is already baked.

Returns:
Because of the nature of the items on offer, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom sculptures.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
